Design processes.

We support organisations to design effective initiatives and programmes with more potential for impact. We do this by drawing on a range of tools including: 

• Evidence of need and/or effective practice.
• Stakeholder advice and feedback.
• Data and learning drawn from previous programme delivery.
• Design-thinking processes for new programmes, particularly with an innovation focus.

Specialist sectors.

We have particular experience in designing programmes and initiatives that respond to the aspirations and needs of young people, and ethnically diverse, migrant and refugee background communities. We also have experience in supporting Maori organisations to develop programmes that utilise a Kaupapa Maori approach.
